Theophilus "Theo" Price was born on November 12,1934 in Conway, Arkansas to Drusilla and Senior Price.

Theo attended schools in North Little Rock, Arkansas. During his high school years he was awarded All American Hall of Fame in football in 1951, 1952 and 1953. In the summer of 1975 in Houston, a friend of Lois named Jackie Henderson told her she wanted to meet someone. Lois an independent, hardworking woman had no interest in meeting Theo.  After a few brief conversations and Theo knows as best dresser and charming man continued to communicate with her.  Lois still had no interest in him and finally Jackie told Lois he was a good worker, had a good job and was very ambitious.  That one date was the beginning of a marriage that lasted over 51 wonder years until God called him home to be with the Lord.

He was an active member of St. Agnes Baptist Church for 45 years, serving as an usher, greeter, and attended many church functions.  Theo had several nick names known as “Cool Breeze” “Big Turkey” and “Half Time”.
