In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Watts Family. Chedarryuan's earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Chedarryuan Watts.

Chedarryuan “Ched” Watts was a blessing; born on May 7, 2000, to Malia Price of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Darius Watts of Louisiana. Ched passed away on Sunday September 20, 2026.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Doris Ann Price, grandfather Stan Steward; great-grandmother Ardine Price, great uncles Larry Price and Glenn Releford, and great aunt Beverly Releford.
Ched truly loved his family and friends; and had a contagious smile, one that would brighten up any room he entered. He had a sense of style like no other and was always sharp and put together.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother Malia Price; Father Darius Watts; two (2) nephews: Dravin Babineaux and Truen Babineaux both of Fort Smith, Arkansas. One (1) sister: Elexis Dumas and one (1) brother: Shaquille Price both of Fort Smith, Arkansas. Aunts: Anthonitte Green, Raven Price, Trina Price and Delisha Wilson all of Fort Smith; great aunt: Mary Sanders; great uncles: Marion Price, Sammy Price and Nathaniel Price. Along with a host of cousins.
Walk through visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday October 2, 2026; 10:00am to 5:00pm Rowell-Parish Mortuary Chapel 611 North 9th St., Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901.
Celebration of life service will be held on Saturday October 3, 2026; 11:00am New Life C.O.G.I.C. 1808 North Greenwood Ave., Fort Smith, Arkansas 72904.
