In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Hull family. Raekwon’s earthly temple is now resting in the care of Veasley Funeral Home. Revelations 21:4 says, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Mr. Raekwon Hull.

Raekwon Cimone Hull was born in Conway, Arkansas on May 22nd, 1996. Raekwon was a graduate of Conway High School’s class of 2014. After graduation, he attended Central Baptist College. Raekwon then followed in his father’s footsteps graduating from Washington Barber College, where he acquired his Master Barber License. In addition to his Master Barber License, Raekwon also held his Pilot Escort Vehicle Operator License along with a CDL License that he obtained from River Rock CDL Training, LLC. Before his untimely passing, Raekwon was employed by Structurlam where he worked in carpentry as framer/finisher.


In addition to his professional career, Raekwon also worked alongside Rodney Gillespie, owner of Gillespie Boxing. It was there that Raekwon did what he loved most. He helped train the youth in his community by teaching the art of self-discipline through boxing.


Raekwon was a very spiritual young man and dedicated his life to Christ at an early age. In his early years, he went to Bible Baptist Church where he attended vacation bible school and summer church camp. Later in 2017, he reaffirmed his dedication to Christ and was baptized at Harrison & Willow Street Church of Christ. Most recently, he became a member of Union Baptist Church where he taught Sunday School.

Raekwon was a genuine and humble young man with a contagious smile that would light up any room. He loved his family more than life itself and it showed daily. He had an infectious sense of humor and loved to crack jokes and make other’s laugh. Raekwon was a country boy at heart. He loved his cowboy boots, camouflage, and spending time in the country where he found peace. Raekwon loved all sports including basketball, baseball, boxing, and pool. He had a growing passion for music. He excelled in whatever he set his mind to.

Raekwon always offered sincere words of hope and encouragement to his family and friends. His unselfish deeds, and acts of kindness shown toward others will remain monumental in everyone’s hearts and memories. On January 21, 2023, Raekwon was called from Labor to Reward joining his great grandparent’s, grandfather, and other heavenly family members.

His love will forever live on through his loving & devoted parents: Jonathan Hull Jr. and Chana Rosbia both of Conway, Arkansas; his grandparents: Emmer Williams and Nida Hull, both of Conway, Arkansas, and Jonathan Hull Sr. (Ruby) of Morrilton Arkansas; Sisters: Johauna Hull, Nicole Kemp, and Olivia Holley all of Conway, Arkansas, Kendra and Kaylin Hull of Greenbrier, Arkansas, Sondra Mae Hull of Little Rock, Arkansas; Brothers: Kelvin Draper of Sherwood, Arkansas and Joseph Rodgers of Romance, Arkansas. His aunts: Serena McKnight of Arlington, Texas, Felecia Neal (Kevin) of Conway, Arkansas; his uncles: Keith Hull of Twin Groves, Arkansas, Rahmin Williams of Conway, Arkansas, and Floyd Fort Jr. (Marie) of Springfield, Arkansas; a special friend: Yahree Mothershed, and a host of cousins, other family, and friends.


Walk through visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, February 3, 2023 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm at Veasley Funeral Home.


Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, February 4, 2023, 11:00am at True Holiness Saints Center, 198 Hwy 286 E., Conway, Arkansas 72034. Mask are required.


Committal service and final resting place will be held at Casey Cemetery, Bigelow, Arkansas.
