In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Jones Family. Patricia's earthly temple is now resting in the care of Veasley Funeral Home. Revelations 21:4 says, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Patricia Jones.

Patricia Elizabeth Jones transitioned from this life on December 25, 2025, departing peacefully while surrounded by love, with her devoted brother Phillip and cherished grandson Vincent by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Kenneth Jones.
Patricia was born on July 23, 1951, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to her loving parents, Bernance Jones and Mary Jones Grant. From an early age, she embodied strength, compassion, and determination—qualities that would define her throughout her life. Patricia was known for her kind spirit, her resilience, and her unwavering devotion to her family, touching the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A hardworking and accomplished woman, Patricia built a successful career in telecommunications, earning the respect of colleagues through her dedication and work ethic. After retirement, she embraced a life of leisure, finding joy in cooking, sharing meals with loved ones, and savoring life’s simple pleasures. She was a faithful and committed member of Teaching the Word of God Church, where her faith remained a guiding light until her passing.
Patricia had a vibrant personality and many interests. She was an avid bowler, enjoyed fine wine and good cuisine, and took great pride in the meals she prepared for family and friends. A loyal Pittsburgh Steelers fan, she never missed an opportunity to cheer on her favorite team.
Patricia leaves to cherish her memory her loving daughter, Tammy Greer; two beloved grandchildren, Vincent Greer (Vyshali) of Katy, Texas, and Kobi Greer of North Little Rock, Arkansas; three great-grandchildren, Bryson Greer, age 12, Malikai Greer, age 5, and Renzo Greer, age 4; and three brothers, Phillip (Julia) Jones of Alexander, Arkansas, Kevin Jones of Bryant, Arkansas, and Dale (Sandra) Jones of Memphis, Tennessee. She also leaves behind a host of extended family members, friends, and loved ones who will forever hold her memory close.
Patricia Elizabeth Jones will be deeply missed, but her love, laughter, and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, January 10, 2025 from 11:30am to 12:30pm at Sharon Missionary Baptist Church, 13602 AR-111, Alexander, Arkansas.
Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, January 10, 2025, 12:30pm at Sharon Missionary Baptist Church, 13602 AR-111, Alexander, Arkansas.
Committal service and final resting place will be held at Haven of Rest Cemetery, Little Rock, Arkansas.
