Revelations 21:4 says, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Javion Arnez Curtis was born in Conway, Arkansas on October 26, 2005. He departed this life on Saturday, October 15, 2022 surrounded by his family and friends. He was the child of Shamika C. Little, Billy Joe, Curtis, Jr., and Karlandra Moore.
Javion professed a hope in Christ and an early age and was baptized at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church. He was a happy, outgoing, loving person and son. He loved to make people laugh, dance on tik tok, rap, and help others. He was a giving person that everyone loved.
Javion is preceded in death by his grandfather, Billy Joe Curtis, Sr.; great grandmother, Inez Brandon; great uncle, J.C. Gault; and two uncles, Myron Forte and Charles Forte, Jr.
Javion leaves to cherish his loving memory, mother, Shamika Little of Conway, Arkansas; father, Billy Joe Curtis, Jr.; brothers, Jaylan Mullins, B.J. Curtis, Billy Joe Curtis, III, Elijah Curtis, Nathan Curtis; sisters, Ka’mya Curtis, Ka’niya Curtis, Shaniyah Curtis, Jada Curtis, Kayla Curtis, A’niyah Coleman, Kennedy Curtis; grandparents, Opal Forte, Richard Little, Sally Mae Washington Allen; uncles, Decarlos Forte, Dewayne Curtis, Malik Pickens; aunts, Shalunta (DeAngelo) Eliam, Kalisha Forte, Talisha Little and a host of other relatives and friends.
Walk through visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, October 28, 2022 from 12:00pm to 7:00pm at Veasley Funeral Home.
Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, October 29, 2022, 2:30pm at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church, 53 Pilgrim Rest Rd., Greenbrier, Arkansas 72058.
Committal service and final resting place will be held at the Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Greenbrier, Arkansas.
