Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall their be anymore pain, for the former things are passed away." John Claudy McDaniel Jr. was born October 14, 1967 in Morrilton, Arkansas to John and Christine McDaniel. To this union three other children were born, Sharon, Gregory, and Marcus. John attended East side Elementary School in Morrilton. The family moved to Atkins, Arkansas to the Happy Bend Community where he finished High School. John confessed his hope in Christ at an early age and moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma. When his health began to fail, he moved back home to Russellville with his father. In October of 2017, he moved back to Tulsa, Oklahoma where he passed away. John was preceded in death by his mother, Christine McDaniel. He leaves to cherish his loving memory, father John (Joyce) McDaniel, Sr of Russellville, Arkansas; two sisters, Sharon (Marvin) Smith of Little Rock, Arkansas, Joycelyn Cooksey of North Little Rock, Arkansas; three brothers, Gregory McDaniel of Russellville, Arkansas, Marcus (Lisa) McDaniel of Atkins, Arkansas, Jermaine (Latoya) Jones of Russellville, Arkansas and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Visitation will beheld Friday, February 16, 2018 from 6-7PM at St. Matthews Baptist Church #3, 208 Blackwell Rd., Blackwell, Arkansas. Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, February 17, 2018, 11:00AM at St. Matthews Baptist Church #3, Blackwell, Arkansas. Committal service and final resting place will be held at Rose of Sharon Cemetery, Blackwell, Arkansas.
