His sons Richard, Philbrick, Ravin, Jr. his daughters Felicia Green and Belinda Caldwell-Washington and Fonda 'Blossom' who has proceeded him in death.
Ravin is one who never met a stranger. Upon moving to Ft. Construction work brought Ravin to Arkansas. He worked with Kerr Lock and Dam in Sallisaw and then helped with the construction of Central Mall with Womack construction. Later, Ravin was hired onto MacSteel where he operated a cranr for many years. He retired in 1996.
Ravin was a very hard worker and never missed days of work and was very demanding about how things got done. (the right or his way). Ravin was always a great help in the community and would give the shirt off of his back to help you. He enjoyed watching and supporting his children and grandchildren. Ravin has been a great presence in Ft. Smith and was loved by many. He will truly be missed.
