Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall their be anymore pain, for the former things are passed away." James F. Phillips 92 of Fort Smith, Arkansas was born October 25, 1925. He passed away on December 23, 2017 . James leaves to cherish his loving memory, one son, James A. Phillips of Fort Smith, Arkansas. Visitation will be held Friday, January 5, 2018 from 5pm-6pm at Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, January 6, 2018, 11:00am at St. Boniface Catholic Church, 1820 North B St., Fort Smith, Arkansas.
