Mrs. Olivia Belinda Fuller was born on January 26th, 1952, to Cecil Delph and Lillie Hill in Conway, Arkansas. Mrs. Fuller graduated from Conway High School. She was a member of Zion Temple Church of God in Christ. Later in life she became a licensed home healthcare worker for the elderly and disabled, which she enjoyed wholeheartedly. She was the owner of Fuller Housekeeping which served several homes in Conway, and the surrounding area. She enjoyed going to church, shopping, visiting with friends, listening to music, yard sales, along with cooking and baking for family and friends.
Mrs. Olivia Fuller is preceded in death by her brothers Cecil Delph, Jr., Stanley Delph, and Amos Delph; father, Cecil Delph, Sr.; stepmother, Bertha Delph, along with stepfather Johnny Harper.
Mrs. Olivia Fuller leaves to cherish her memory, brothers James (Elease) Delph of Conway, Arkansas, Ronald (Caprisha) Delph of Little Rock, Arkansas, Waymon (Anetia) Delph of Conway, Arkansas, Eric (Kelly) Delph of Menifee, Arkansas, Stevenson (RuQunda) Delph of Menifee, Arkansas; sisters Tracy Trezvant of Menifee, Arkansas, Carla Delph of Menifee, Arkansas, Pollette Johnson of Maumelle, Arkansas, Diana (Tony) Byers of Cleveland, Arkansas; mother, Lilly Idell Harper of Conway, Arkansas; brothers, Johnny Harper, Jr. of Conway, Arkansas, Keith (Terenda) Harper of Conway, Arkansas; sisters, Diane (John) Smith, Donna (Mike) Allen both of Springfield, Arkansas, Mavis (Dennis) Forte of Conway, Arkansas; son, Kenneth (Hannah) Jones of Tyler, Texas, Lamar Jones of Conway, Arkansas, Orlando (Chiazom) Butts of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren Maya, Jase, Victory, Ella, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Celebration of life graveside service will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022, 1:00pm at Robinson Cemetery, 1198 Lincoln St., Conway, Arkansas 72032.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Memory of Olivia Fuller to The ALS Association Arkansas Chapter.
