In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Eade family. Edda’s earthly temple is now resting in the care of Veasley Funeral Home. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Ms. Edda Eade.

Edda Eade was born on September 8, 1961 to the late Conrad and Eda Diaz Hahn in Puerto Rico. Her and her family later moved to Anchorage, Alaska were she was a high school graduate and completed three years of college.


Edda always worked. She was a very outgoing person and was always looking for a deal on the clearance rack only so she could give out gifts.


Edda was of the Catholic faith and was confessed her hope in Christ at an early age. After moving to Arkansas, she became a member of Anointed and Appointed Disciples where she was baptized under the leadership of Pastor Glen Winston.


Edda leaves to cherish her memory, son, William Michael “Willie” Eade; sisters, Konstanz Hahn of Anchorage, Alaska and Patricia Credit of Mayflower, Arkansas; her adopted family, Mary Taylor, Dorothy Worthy, Trey White and Pamela White of Mayflower, Arkansas and a host of other relatives and friends.


Celebration of life service will be held Tuesday, August 11, 2020, 12:00pm at Palarm Chapel Cemetery, 93 White City Road, Mayflower, Arkansas.
