In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Mosley family. Delfina’s earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Ms. Delfina Mosley.

Delfina Marie Mosley was born as the third (the baby) child of three children to the late Vernon and Ruby Irene (Starnes) Mosley, Sr. on Saturday, September 24, 1966 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was called to take her eternal rest by God on Sunday, July 5, 2020. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Darrell Lee Mosley.

Delfina accepted Christ as her Savior at a young age. She attended the public schools in Muldrow and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Independence, Kansas. She was a graduate of the class of 1984 from Van Horn High School in Independence, Kansas . After high school, she went to Langston University in Langston, Oklahoma. She worked at Time Warner of Kansas City, Missouri as a Customer Service Representative.

Delfina was a fun-loving person. She was an avid reader, enjoyed crafts, and loved to cook. Her ride or die friends/sisters were Kathy “Boo” Armstrong of Muldrow, Oklahoma and LeSha’ “Sha” Anthony of Union City, Georgia.

Delfina leaves to cherish her memories, her companion, Stanley Bausley, Sr. of Fort Smith, Arkansas; her beloved son and the absolute love of her life, Ahmad Jenkins, Jr. of Fort Smith, Arkansas; her brother and also the peacemaker of her life, Vernon Mosley, Jr. of Lee Summit, Missouri; two nephews, AaRron and Dallas Mosley; a niece, Sierra Mosley, to them, she was affectionally called “Aunt Dee Dee”, and a host of uncles, aunts, other relatives, and friends.
