Muntaha’s earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Ms. Muntaha Bushnaq.

*By executive order of the Governor to protect public health and safety, and based on current Federal laws and city ordinances, Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. has adopted the following temporary rules and regulations due to the COVID-19 pandemic:
1. FAMILY ONLY AT FUNERALS/GRAVESIDE SERVICES ARE LIMITED TO 25 PEOPLE
2. GRAVESIDE SERVICES WILL NOT HAVE CHAIRS FOR SEATING
3. ONLY 10 PEOPLE MAY COME TO THE FUNERAL HOME FOR INITIAL VIEWINGS
4. NO LIMOUSINE SERVICE
5. NO PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENTS OF FUNERALS VIA NEWSPAPER, WEBSITE, OR STAFF
6. NO PUBLIC VISITATIONS OR WAKES
