Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Debra W. Lowe was a light in the lives of others. Her light was preceded by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John R. Whatley. Her spirit lives on in her brother, D. Whatley, her son, Johnny Smith, and her daughter, Debra'l S. Lowe. We lost a mother, a sister, and a friend but we gained an eternal love. May love always light our way home.
Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at The Studio Downtown, 911 Chestnut St., Conway, Arkansas 72034.
