Frank's earthly temple is now resting in the care of Veasley Funeral Home. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall their be anymore pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Mr. Frank Spencer.

Born August 19, 1953 to the late Louis Spencer, Jr. and Clara Bernice (McElroy) Spencer in North Little Rock, Arkansas. After the loss of Frank's mother , he was transitioned into Charles and Lillie Lawrence's now beginning of life together.
"Frank, you are my brother by birth and our son by choice." You became the big brother to the rest of the children. Our prayers, God will rest your soul. Frank, you will be missed. Charles (Dad) Lillie (Mom), Charlander, Cynthis, Collette, Charles Fitzgerald.
Frank was united in Holy Matrimony to his beloved wife, Cherry Louise Forte Spencer on August 21, 1976 and started a venturous now life of his own. To this union, two sons were born, Bryas Edward Spencer and Brandon Edward Spencer.
Frank accepted Christ and served as Deacon at the Avenue "7" Church of Christ in Plano, Texas. He graduated from Atwater High School in Atwater, California. He served in the United States Army and the National Guard. He graduated from the Institute of Technology and joined forces with IBM. With his quiet, gentle spirit, Frank silently partnered and supported many children's programs and activities in the states and around the world. This was his way of giving back and paying it forward.
Frank is preceded in death by his father, Lewis Spencer, Jr.; mother, Clara Bernice McElroy Spencer; Lillie Mae Brown, Marcie Jean Session, Ruth Ann Green and Johnie Lawrence, Jr.
Frank leaves to cherish his loving memories, his wife of 43 years, Cherry L. Spencer; sons, Bryas (Trivia) Spencer of Lewisville, Texas, Brandon Spencer of Segaville, Texas; grandchildren, Mikayla and Brylon Spencer of Lewisville, Texas, Charles (Lillie) Lawrence of Carrolton, Texas, Harold Nelson of North Little Rock, Arkansas; Annie Belle (Marshall) Payton; Dorothy Bernice (Thomas, Jr.) Parker, Annette Johnson all of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Ruby Louise Shipley of St. Louis, Missouri and a host of nephew, nieces, other relatives and friends.
Celebration of life service will be held, Saturday, April 27, 2019, 1:00pm at United Baptist Church, 139 Old Military Road, Conway, Arkansas 72034.
Committal service and final resting place will held at Duke Cemetery, Conway, Arkansas.
