In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Josenberger family. Rosemary earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall their be anymore pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Mother Rosemary Josenberger.

Rosemary (Whitfield) Josenberger was the sixth child born to Charles and Willie Whitfield on December 13, 1941 in Fort Smith, AR.

She attended the public-school system and graduated in 1959 from St. Scholastic School. She attended St. James Missionary Baptist Church at an early age with her family and she later became a member of St. John’s Catholic Church.

She met and married Bobby Josenberger on December 13, 1968. To this union, they were blessed with two daughters Diana and Francine and one son, Curtis. She traveled to many different places with Bobby, while he was in the military.

After returning home, she united with Mission Point Baptist Church where she was baptized under the pastoral care of Rev. Jean Nickson. She later moved her membership to Unity Missionary Baptist Church under the pastoral care of Rev. Theodore Dodson, III. She was a faithful member and would attend even when she did not feel like it. Once her illness became overwhelming, she remained at home.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Charles and Willie; two sisters, Dorothy and Cora; three brothers, Samuel, William, and Norman.

She leaves to mourn her death, her husband Bobby Josenberger of Fort Smith, AR, two daughters Diana (Dinky) and Francine Josenberger both of Fort Smith, AR; one son, Curtis Josenberger, Sr. of Youngstown, OH; two grandchildren, Curtis Josenberger, Jr., and Marquira Salor both of Fort Smith, AR; four sisters, Bertha Wilson, Norma Flemming, Carolyn Dawson, and Charlette McKinney all of Fort Smith, AR, one brother, Edgar (Mary) Whitfield of Austin, TX, and a host of nieces, nephews cousins, in-laws, and friends.
