In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Stafford family. Bobby's earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall their be anymore pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Mr. Bobby Earl Stafford.

Bobby Earl Stafford, 67, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on October 27, 2018. He was born February 19, 1951 to Robert and Susie Mae Stafford in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Bobby departed this life October 27, 2018 at his home surrounded by family. He professed a hope in Christ at a early age. He attended Lincoln High School and Graduated from Northside High School. Bobby worked at Colonial Bakery until the company closed and worked at Whirlpool until he retired in 2002. As a member of Macedonian Temple Church of God In Christ, he served as a Sunday school teacher, deacon, and was a great speaker. He loved doing yard work. Bobby was a devoted husband, brother, cousin and friend. He was a very humble and giving person to all.


Bobby is proceeded in death by his parents, Robert and Susie Mae Stafford and one daughter, Shellander Stafford.


Bobby leaves to cherish his loving memory, wife Tracy; two daughters, Charisse (David) Stafford-Britt, Monique Steward; three sons, Jerrard Palmer, Sr., William (Jessica) Steward, Marcus Steward; god daughter, Bridie Embry; one brother, Robert B. Stafford of Cape Coral, Florida; two sisters, Creta (Donald Lee) Cummings and Robbie Norwood both of Fort Smith, Arkansas; thirteen grandchildren, Jasmine, Shebreia, Jayvion, Jiniya, Tyson, Ciara, Jerrard, Jr., Jermauree, Sire, William, IV, Isaiah, Kendrick, My’Cha; four great grandchildren, Ramell, Jr., Shanelle, Rian, Serenity and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.


Viewing and visitation will be Friday, November 2, 2018 from 6 – 7 p.m. at Rowell-Parish Mortuary.


Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Macedonia Temple Church Of God In Christ, Pocola, OKklahoma with a burial at Oak Cemetery.


Committal service and final resting place will be held at Oak Cemetery, Fort Smith, Arkansas.
