In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Driver family. Lillian's earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall their be anymore pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Mother Lillian Driver.

Lillian "Pookie" Driver was born September 16, 1951 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Elmer C., Sr. and Johnnie Ruth Garner Driver.
Lillian graduated from Northside High School and attended the University of Arkansas Fort Smith (Westark Community College). She retired after 32 years of service with Southwestern Bell. She dearly loved her family and friends.
Lillian was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Donna L. Driver Webb, Frankie L. Driver, Johnnie Ruth Driver Morris and one brother, Elmer C. Driver, Jr.
Lillian departed this life on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 in Fort Smith, Arkansas and leaves to cherish her loving memory, daughter, Cami (Lenroy Thomas) Driver of Dallas, Texas; son Shoan Morris of Fort Smith, Arkansas; grandchildren, Matia Hayes, Catelyn Willis, Donte Robertson, Zakiya Morris, Zion Morris, Zaedree Figgers, Elijah Morris, Aniya Morris, Solomen Morris, Anelle Morris, and Legacy Cain all of Muldrow, Oklahoma, and Kayluana Robertson of Fort Smith, Arkansas; one sister, Anna B. Richardson of Fort Smith, Arkansas; brother, Bobby G. Driver of Van Buren, Arkansas and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, September 21, 2018 from 6-7pm at Rowell-Parish Mortuary.
Celebration of life service will beheld, Saturday, September 22, 2018, 12:00noon at St. James Missionary Baptist Church, 4916 High St., Fort Smith, Arkansas 72904.
