In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Enoch family. Michael's earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall their be anymore pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Michael Ray Enoch.

Michael Ray Enochwas born on October 12, 1957 to Frank and Lucille Taylor-Enoch in Little Rock, Arkansas. He completed his primary schooling at Howard Elementary, secondary at Darby Junior High and graduated from Northside High School with the class of 1976. Michael went on to pursue his educational dream of attending Westark (University of Arkansas, Fort Smith) where he received his degree as a licensed electrician. He was employed at Transcript, Hardscrabble Country Club and IVEW for many years.


Michael was a Christian during his earlier years when he was a member of King Solomon Baptist Church and later became affiliated with First Church of God In Christ. Michael loved his family, collecting photos, listening to music of all kinds and fishing.


Michael was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Lucille Taylor-Enoch; four brothers, Jimmy, Freddie, Richard and Barry Lynn Enoch; two sisters, DeLois Enoch-Browner and Frankie Enoch Perkins.


Michael leaves to cherish his loving memory, his wife Brenda; son, Garren Douglas of Dallas, Georgia; two daughters, Kayla and Jyrdan Enoch both of Fort Smith, Arkansas; two brothers, Archie (Adora) Enoch of Dayton, Ohio, Robert (Llvie) Enoch of Saginaw, Michigan; three sisters, Nellie Wise and Martha Thompson both of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Beverly Ann Wells of Atlanta, Georgia; six grandchildren, Garren Douglas, Jr., Martizn Douglas of The Netherlands, Kayliana, Ka’Terrion, Ka’Marisha and A’Lyzah Ray all of Fort Smith, Arkansas and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.


Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, September 1, 2018, 11:00 A.M. at New Covenant International Christian Church, 4400 North N Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72904.
