Jody Lamont Loring, Jr. was born October 22, 1999. He received his certificate of life on May 24, 2018.
Jody confessed his life to Christ at the early age of 8 by Rev. Lloyd Summons at Paradise Baptist Church, North Little Rock (Dixie Edition).
Jody attended Indian Hills Elementary School in Sherwood, Arkansas, Pikeview Elementary School in North Little Rock, Arkansas, Poplar Street Middle School in North Little Rock, Arkansas, Ridge Road Charter School in North Little Rock, Arkansas, North Little Rock High School in North Little Rock, Arkansas and Conway High School, in Conway, Arkansas where he received his diploma on Sunday, May 20, 2018.
Jay enjoyed skateboarding, basketball, football, baseball, video games, art, the Steelers, OKC, and owned a collection of over 1,000 Hot Wheels and various model cars. Most of all, Jay was a fashionable young man, stayed well groomed, and sharp!
Jay was a family oriented young man, that worked hard to care for his 3 month old son, Syn'Cere and girlfriend of 4 years, Sasha Johnson.
Jay is preceded in death by his grandfather, Danny Lee Williams, and grandparents, Mr. Herbert and Willie Mae Casey.
Jody leaves to cherish his loving memory, son, Syn'Cere Loring; girlfriend, Sasha Johnson; father, Jody Loring, Sr.; the epiphany of mothers, Lakea Smith; step father, Courtney Byers; sisters, Xonia Ward and Zanquandria Loring all of Conway, Arkansas; grandmothers, Sue Ann Smith of Jacksonville, Arkansas, and Corrine Mack of Wrightsville, Arkansas; nephew, Nolen Zachry and a host of uncles, aunts, co-workers, classmates, and friends that love him.
Visitation will be held, Friday, June 1, 2018 from 6-7pm at True Holiness Saints Center, 198 Hwy 286 E, Conway, Arkansas.
Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, June 2, 2018, 11:00am at True Holiness Saints Center, 198 Hwy 286 E, Conway, Arkansas.
Committal service and final resting place will be held at Rest In Peace Memorial Gardens, Hensley, Arkansas.
