Lisa’s earthly temple is now resting in the care of Veasley Funeral Home. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Ms. Lisa McFarlin.

Lisa Markeeta McFarlin was born July 11, 1966 to the late Colean Rogers in Conway, Arkansas. She is an alumni of Oak Grove High School. Lisa departed this life on Tuesday, January 28, 2020.
Lisa was preceded in death by her mother, grand parents, and one sister, Darlene Rogers. She accepted Christ at an early age. She was a member of Union Baptist Church in Conway, Arkansas under the leadership of Pastor Rick Garner.
Lisa leaves to cherish her loving memory, her husband of nine wonderful years Anthony McFarlin of Conway, Arkansas; four children, Antoine (Sandy) Rogers of North Little Rock, Arkansas, VaShawn McFarlin, and Markeeta Wright both of Conway, Arkansas, Brandi Hinson McFarlin of Conway, Arkansas; one godson, Rashad Age of Conway, Arkansas; five sisters, Elsie Rogers of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Phyllis McDaniel of Menifee, Arkansas, Sherry Rogers of Conway, Arkansas, Sarah (Lee) Harris of Morrilton, Arkansas, Jeanne (Antonio) Reed of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Donzella (Al) Harper of Conway, Arkansas; fifteen grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, special aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
Lisa will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
Public visitation will be held Friday, February 7, 2020 from 12noon to 6pm with the family receiving friends from 5-6pm at Veasley Funeral Home.
Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, February 8, 2020, 11:00am at Union Baptist Church, 1257 Lincoln St., Conway, Arkansas 72032.
Committal service and final resting place will be held at Friendship Cemetery, Conway, Arkansas.
